We're still collecting donations
On the 3rd December 2023 we'd raised £1,835 with 38 supporters in 35 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

The Harrow community pub is a 250 year old country pub in the centre of the village of Stockbury in Kent. In 2017, to save it from closure, the village fundraised to buy it and keep it open as the hub of the village, with dozens of volunteers refurbishing and decorating. It’s now a warm and safe community space where everyone is welcome, it serves great food and drink, has a free book swap and lots of community events. Covid was tough for us and many pubs are still struggling, including ours, but we have the added problem of being cut off by closures and diversions of the M2 Junction 5, a major road building project just outside the village.
Please help us to keep our pub going for the next 250 years by contributing to essential repairs and refurbishment to the fabric of the building and to the equipment needed to keep it open. We’d love you to come and visit us and see for yourself. See you in the pub!🍻🍷🥗🍝
