Aim
Raising money to help protect our Green belt
We are residents of Simister and Bowlee, and we are fighting to protect our Green Belt from inappropriate development. The money raised will help fund independent expert reports and legal advice, ensuring our community has the evidence and professional support needed to challenge these proposals effectively.
The proposed development raises serious concerns about inadequate infrastructure, including increased flooding risks due to insufficient drainage, severe traffic congestion on already overstretched roads, and additional pressure on an ageing septic tanks, that are not equipped to cope with thousands of new homes. These issues would have a significant impact on both existing residents and future communities. Your support will help us obtain the expert evidence needed to ensure these concerns are properly investigated and considered throughout the planning process.
