Save the Bayley Arms: A Community Initiative
Help us save the Bayley Arms, our historic village pub in Hurst Green, Ribble Valley! Currently up for sale, we aim to make the pub community-owned and run, preserving its role as a local hub and a key stop on the famous Tolkien Trail.
Help Us Save Our Village Pub!
We are thrilled to announce that our project is now off the ground, and we need your help to raise enough money to buy the pub! This cherished establishment is a vital part of our village heritage, and with your support, we can ensure it remains a community hub for generations to come.
How You Can Help
- Pledge for Shares: Invest in the future of our pub by purchasing shares. Pledge here. https://forms.office.com/r/2SiUGR44FR
- Buy a Brick: Make a donation and leave a lasting legacy. Each brick costs £10, with options to buy multiple bricks:
- 1 Brick for £10
- 2 Bricks for £20
- 3 Bricks for £30
- And so on...
Our Initial Goal
To kickstart our mission, we needed to raise £2k to cover essential initial costs, which we did! We now need to raise £600k via shares and donations.
Your support will help us lay the groundwork for future fundraising efforts and share options, allowing community members to buy a stake in this beloved pub.
Join us in preserving a piece of our village heritage!
Please note, if the project does not go ahead, any remaining funds will be donated to the community for investment within the village.
