Marley's Surgery

Aim

Please help save my best friend Marley.

Marley isn't just a dog. He's my entire world. A mixture of my son, my husband, my best friend... he gave me a purpose to live when I was close to giving up on it all.

In April, Marley was diagnosed with suspected demodicosis and has been on treatment for it since. He has been doing really well, exceeding vet expectations, and fighting hard.

Unfortunately, the inflammation of the skin and with him being a pug, his eyelashes have been pushed into his eyes and developed ulcers. He needs eye surgery to prevent him from losing his sight.

I'm a very sensible person and he has been insured from day one. But annoyingly, his insurance will not cover the eye surgery. To make matters worse, I lost my job this week, after also being made redundant at Christmas, so funds for me are extremely disastrous. 

I know there are millions of greater causes to give your money to and we are only talking about Marley's eyes, not his life. I know he is my responsibility and I should be able to afford his care. But before I exhaust all other avenues, I thought I would give this funding thing a try.

So, if you're a friend or a stranger, a pug/dog lover, or just someone with a kind and generous heart; please help me to help my baby get back to a healthier and happier life.
