We have maxed out all lines of credit (costing 6k) getting him halfway through this treatment. It is costing us £250 a day to keep him alive and at least 1k every time he needs out of hours care.
The vet agrees this is survivable - if only we can keep funding it. His insurance have refused to help.
Anything beyond the target will go towards paying off the bills.

Kev has been featured on Sky News, the BBC, CNN and Channel 4 advocating for natural medicines (I was just there to say the words). Kev is now very poorly. Unbeknownst to us he had leishmaniasis laying dormant in his system from Greece. It is now blocking his kidneys and his organs are really struggling. He is on an incredibly powerful chemo drug for the next month and it is devastating to watch.
The leishmaniasis has hijacked his endocannabinoid system, using the pathways to create a pain blocking affect which is a survival mechanism that delays treatment.
He has helped me support so many people, now he needs help himself.
We really need some support to keep him alive through the only treatment that has a chance of bringing him home.
