The Renault 19 Cabriolet 1.8 16v is fast becoming a rare beast on the British roads.... on the verge of extinction.
this as been a project that as been on going for 3 years, parts are hard to find and expensive.
the car as had one donor car already, she was a very poorly 8v Cabriolet that donated her leather interior and a few other bits.
ive taken it as far as I can with my mechanical abilities, the next stages will have to be undertaken by a qualified mechanic.
she is need of a full respray, new engine and gearbox.
im afraid if I can't raise the needed funds, I will have to break her and sell her for parts.
