Sarpa Salpa take on Texas

We're a band from Northampton, UK who have been working hard touring up and down the country for nearly 5 years. 

Covid hit us pretty hard and in 2020 we lost a lot of great opportunities that we had lined up that really could've taken our band to the next level. It was a pretty huge blow and we found not being able to tour for 18 months difficult not only for us as a band, but also for our mental health. The ability to play shows again as of this past summer has been a lifeline for us and has reminded us why we do what we do.

Things are really looking up now, and we've received an invite to the prestigious and highly respected music festival South by Southwest (aka SXSW) in Austin, Texas, taking place in March 2022. We're over the moon to be invited, but attending the festival as a band from the other side of the world doesn't come cheap. With flights, accommodation, gear hire, and supporting ourselves while we're in Texas, the bill is pretty steep. We put every ounce of spare time, money and energy that we have into this band, but this time we need your help to make this dream come true!
