We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Sarah Peters is standing as the Green Party candidate in the upcoming South Jesmond by-election on Thursday, August 14.
Sarah is a local resident with a strong record of community action. She's passionate about social justice, the climate, and making sure South Jesmond's voice is heard loud and clear in the council chamber.
This is a great opportunity to elect another hard working, principled Green councillor. But we can’t do it without your help.
Every penny we spend on leaflets, posters, and newsletters, comes from people who believe in what we're doing. A by-election like this can cost over £1,000, and we need your help to run a strong campaign.
