St Andrew's Got Talent this year is fundraising to improve and facilitate outdoor learning for ALL years, reception to year 6.
St Andrew's Got Talent this year is fundraising to improve and facilitate outdoor learning for ALL years, from reception to year 6.
Outdoor learning and beach learning is something the school really want to pursue to it's full potential, but with funding cuts they need a bit of help - FROM YOU!
Research has suggested that outdoor learning boosts confidence and social skills, communication, motivation, physical skills, knowledge and understanding. It has also been found to boost children's self-esteem, self-confidence, ability to work cooperatively and positive attitude to learning - so it's something really worth giving to. It also helps children be more aware of the natural world around them.
St Andrews is blessed with a wonderful outdoor space - so let's all help it be used to it's full potential for all pupils to enjoy and learn in.
St Andrew's Got Talent (Lovingly organised by Matt, Mrs Ovnik, Katie, Mrs Williams, J'rimaya, Sam and Kerry) has kindly been set up to raise this money. Big thanks to all involved (and anyone we've forgotten to mention!) We couldn't do it without everyone working together.
