Running for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Charity!

Aim

I've decided to run the Victoria Park half marathon and help fundraise for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity!

I LOVE running - especially if I can use it to support a just cause!

This year, I've decided to run to help fundraise for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, which provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. Today, there are 82 Roald Dahl Specialist Nurses caring for over 24,000 seriously ill children across the UK. Roald Dahl Specialist Nurses are a vital lifeline to the children and their families, supporting them clinically and emotionally. They support children and young people affected by complex, lifelong illnesses that are under-funded, under-resourced and under-recognised including epilepsy, rare diseases, sickle cell anaemia and neuromuscular conditions. Your fundraising will help us to establish more vital specialist nurses and provide support for more seriously ill children across the UK.
