Raising and Running for Together Our Community an fantastic charity that supports young adults to Live.Learn.Work with local communities

Together Our Community (TOC) is so important for the young adults with SEND of whom we support to Live.Learn.Work within the local communities of Chichester. Help us to continue to create a world where every young adult, no matter their ability, has the chance to live with dignity, to learn with confidence, and to work with purpose.

TOC is a charity that was founded on a simple belief: that young adults with special educational needs and disabilities should not be defined by this, but by their potential. Potential to be valued members of their community. Potential to contribute their skills, their creativity, and their determination. Potential to live full, independent, and joyful lives.

We work alongside these remarkable young adults to build skills, confidence, and opportunities. We help them gain meaningful work experience, access continued learning, offer positive physical and mental health opportunities and support life skills to enable independence and importantly, we help communities see their strengths.

 This is what your support makes possible. Every pound donated means more young adults are given the tools and opportunities to flourish. It means a future where SEND is not a barrier, but a celebrated part of a diverse and thriving community.
