One weekend morning before the end of March I'm going to ask my wife to drive me 13 miles along the coast from our house. She'll then kick me out of the car, laugh out loud at the look on my face, and I'll watch her drive off.
I am going to run back home in aid of Dorset Mind a local charity providing a vital service for people who suffer from something we can all relate to as we see it so much in our lives every day.
If you can support me by donating a few quid you'll be giving to a great cause doing a fantastic service for local people with mental health challenges.
