Aim
To help families of 9 year olds with the cost of buying rugby kit.
Rugby is an inclusive sport. It takes people from all walks of life and teaches life skills like no other sport. Work places and schools all recognise how rugby helps teach life skills like discipline, teamwork, equality and commitment.
We are no different to any rugby club.
However when our sponsor withdrew, many parents questioned whether this sport was economical and then financially managable.
Harlow rugby club is a diverse club with children from all different backgrounds all playing together in the same shirt and playing for each other. This fund would go about helping those families who would like help and making sure that EVERY child gets an opportunity regardless of what background they come from.
