The RSPCA Scarborough & District Branch has been helping animals and their owners in Scarborough and the surrounding districts since 1867. As an independent charity we depend on local support to fund our vital animal welfare services.
Our branch covers a large area stretching the coast between Whitby, Scarborough & Filey and over to Pickering & Helmsley, including all the villages in between. We support pet owners in need of financial support within our area helping with veterinary fees for emergency care, including vaccinations and neutering.
The cost of living crisis and rising animal abandonment has increased the need for our services. Rising costs of medicine and animal goods & services has meant our funds are stretched to their limits. We want to cement the continuation of your local RSPCA branch so that we can ensure that the money raised in this area is spent on animals in need in this area.
