Help us to keep our Prevention Service open and warm this winter for any young person needing to access housing advice and support.
Roundabout is South Yorkshire’s local youth housing charity providing shelter, support and life skills to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Roundabout now supports over 350 young people aged 16-25 every day. We provide emergency accommodation in our hostel, support young people in residential projects in Sheffield and Rotherham and provide key services delivering comprehensive programmes of training, involvement and empowerment which help to prepare young people for independent living.
Our Homeless Prevention Advice service offers support to young people who are homeless, or who are at risk of becoming homeless. We are here to listen, and let you know the options that are available to you. We give advice about available housing options, from planned moves to emergency accommodation. We may also refer to one of Roundabout’s other Housing and Support Service

Our Vision, Mission & Aim
Our Vision
To end youth homelessness in South Yorkshire.
Our Mission
To make sure that no young person experiences homelessness in South Yorkshire.
Our Aim
To empower young people to break the cycle of homelessness by helping them develop long term independent living skills and supporting them with their health, education, employment and training needs.
We want to support them in their time of need, as every young person deserves the chance to have a bright future.

As a charity, we have already been impacted by the cost of living crisis and the increase cost of energy. We have seen an impact on our fundraising this year and we are looking to get match funding to ensure we can keep our Prevention Service open and warm to any young people who needs housing advice this winter. We know that we will see a rise of young people needing to access our services this winter and we will be there for them all with your help.

The money we raise will help to fund our rising eletricity bill this winter to ensure we can keep our service safe and warm for any young person who needs us.

Co-op Warm Spaces Funding Boost has provided £3,360 of match funding
