Roland Wycherley has been Chairman at the club since 1996. Overall, he has been a good chairman, however, he has recently put the club at severe risk in terms of dropping down to League Two and remaining competitive.
Many of our former players have left to go elsewhere due to RW disagreeing to increase their wages, in the previous 10 years this includes:

- Chey Dunkley
- Josh Laurent
- Matthew Pennington
- Junior Brown
- Abu Ogogo
- Alex Rodman
- Omar Beckles
Furthermore, the chairman rejected a generous offer to sell the club to the Nordic Group earlier in the year. This club has recently bought Burton Albion, who have made multiple proming transfers into the club since the purchase.

Overall cost for the banner below, if the crowdfunding receives additional funding I will look to get an additional smaller banner/s (1.5m x 0.5mm)/ increase the size of the current banner.
