Rodeo Coffee Co: Brewing Community on the Canal

Aim

Bring Rodeo Coffee Co to the Sankey Canal with a weekend coffee trailer serving walkers, cyclists and locals.

We’re Liam and Danielle, Warrington locals, Ferry Tavern regulars, and soon‑to‑be parents. We spend our weekends walking the Sankey Canal, exploring Spike Island and Pickering’s Pasture, and we’ve always felt something was missing on those early morning walks and that is great coffee.

That’s why we’re launching Rodeo Coffee Co, a small, community‑driven coffee trailer serving Friday–Sunday 7am–1pm and bank holiday Mondays. Our aim is to bring high‑quality coffee to the places people already love: the Ferry Tavern, the canal towpaths, and the scenic walking routes around Warrington and Widnes.

We’re passionate about creating something warm, friendly and local. Rodeo Coffee Co is inspired by our love of the US, the country scene and the outdoors but rooted right here in our community. This trailer is the first step toward our long‑term dream of opening a cosy wine bar and coffee shop in the area.
