The Rising Phoenix Network: Empowering Immigrant Women to Rebuild and Rise

In the UK, thousands of immigrant and refugee women, many having fled war, persecution, or economic hardship find themselves trapped in cycles of poverty and underemployment. Despite their resilience and qualifications, they often face systemic barriers to rebuilding their lives with dignity and purpose.

The Rising Phoenix Network is a newly established nonprofit initiative based in Bristol, dedicated to providing practical training, mentorship, and community support to empower 10,000 immigrant and refugee women by the end of 2025. Our goal is simple: help these women build wealth, independence, and confidence, one skill, one opportunity, and one safe space at a time.

Our Mission

The Rising Phoenix Network aims to:

• Break the cycle of poverty for immigrant and refugee women by equipping them with in-demand skills.

• Create a permanent, welcoming space where women can learn, grow, and support each other.

• Build partnerships with local employers and community leaders to promote inclusion and economic opportunity.

Our founder, initiated this project after witnessing the immense challenges immigrant women face in securing stable futures. Many are highly capable, motivated, and skilled yet overlooked.

How We Help Women Rise

Our free training and mentorship program includes:

• Skill-building workshops in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, finance, wellness, and more.
• One-on-one mentorship to help women set and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Support services like child care and transportation assistance.
• A dedicated community space where women feel safe, seen, and supported.

Our approach is deeply personal. Each woman is treated not as a statistic, but as a story waiting to unfold.

Why Your Donation Matters

As a grassroots initiative, we are seeking start-up funds to build a strong foundation and ensure the sustainability of our mission. Your support will directly fund:

• Rent and setup costs for our permanent training and community center.
• Marketing and outreach to reach isolated immigrant women who need our support.
