Made it !!
Crossed the finish line after 7 hours and 17 minutes. My target had been 8 hours and now I wish I had put a bit more effort in and come in under 7 hours ! A strong headwind all the way out which didn't seem to become a tailwind when we turned to head back to London. Great support along the route in Essex and absolutely fabulous cycling buddies. Finishing on Tower Bridge was quite emotional !

On Sunday May 29th I will ride 100 miles for only the second time ... and the first time hurt ... a lot !!!
I am raising money for Flamingo Chicks, a Bristol based charity that provides dance opportunities for children with disabilities or severe illnesses throughout the country.
£10 provides a specially adapted tutu for a child in a wheelchair
£35 pays for a teacher to lead a class
£65 provides sensory equipment for a class
