Being discouraged from riding motorbikes altogether was the inspiration behind a female motorcyclist to pave the way for change. Too often having to retreat to a corner of a bike shop to rummage amongst the limited selection of the women's range, it became more and more apparent that, ok we may be the minority, but we are far from being catered for. With the range more often or not featuring the classic pink embroided flowers it was time to kick it in to touch with the modern world!

Ride and Defy is dedicated to supplying the ultimate motorbike brands for defiantly adventurous women as well as providing a welcoming and relaxing hub for all motorbike enthusiasts to enjoy. The brands on offer will not only appeal to bike enthusiasts but create envy amongst mates who  

Teaming up with PROJECT EIGHTY-THREE we will be offering a selection of men's apparel also. (Don't worry guys! we have not forgotten about you!) 

But we need your help! We need the support of other female riders or alas bike enthusiasts as a whole to create a hub that can be enjoyed by the whole community.

We have acquired the venue and it will be at Unit 2 Wesley Yard, Newquay!

A chilled motorbike lounge (think deep leather sofas) will provide a trendy hotspot for not only motorbike enthusiasts but for the whole community to enjoy. Situated on the popular cut through to town, we hope even if you're not in to motorbikes (yet) you pop in and say hello! : )With parking situated around the back of the shop, it'll be a venue to meet pre and post ride, meet like-minded folk and of course be the place to go for bike gear that offers something a little different. With ride-out events already lined up with Female Riders UK.

We are looking for support to accelerate this dream to becoming a reality.

In return for your support, we are offering a range of membership options that give some sick benefits that can be enjoyed for a full year! Including access to some exclusive events!We have already invested our own personal finances and acquired a business loan to try and get this exciting store launched, it has been tight, but this is why we have a reasonable target. Your support will go a long way and it would be an absolute bonus to smash this, as the more money we can raise, the more choice of clothing we can offer. Of course, us women come in all shapes and sizes and so we are keen to offer a range that suits as many womanly physiques as possible!

Your support will also allow us to extend the feel and ethos of the store across our social media platforms and help develop our e-commerce website which will allow customers further afield to browse the collection and acquire the rad jacket and boots they could have only once dreamt of having.

We want to ensure that we encourage female riders nationally to not only ride, be a pillion or fuel their interest in motorbikes, but to look fab whilst having elements of protection!
