We’re transforming our crowded community areas into safe, accessible spaces so more people can join, stay active and feel part of RHGC.
We are Robin Hood Gymnastics Centre, an established community facility offering high‑quality gymnastics, movement and wellbeing activities for children, young people and adults. With 40+ weekly classes and a strong volunteer network, we’re proud to be a trusted, inclusive space for families across Nottingham.

We’re crowdfunding to transform our overcrowded community areas into safe, modern, accessible spaces. Our reception, café, toilets and viewing areas are now limiting participation, creating waiting lists and restricting families from watching their children. With your support, we can reconfigure and upgrade these spaces so more children, families and community groups can take part and feel welcome.

We’ll use the money to completely upgrade our worn‑out community areas so we can safely welcome more families and groups.
Your donations will fund:
Reconfiguring the café, reception and viewing spaces
New secure entrance system
Refurbished toilets and washrooms
New seating, counters and flooring
Improved lighting, ventilation and ceilings
Accessibility and safety improvements

Robin Hood Gymnastics Centre has grown into a vital community hub, supporting children, families and local groups from across Nottingham. More than just a sports facility, we provide a safe, inclusive space where people of all ages and abilities can be active, connect with others and feel part of a supportive community.
Our Centre hosts over 40 weekly classes, SEN sessions, Mencap groups, school visits, Home Education activities, dance, cheer, martial arts, parkour, holiday programmes and community events. We also offer a welcoming café and viewing space where families meet, socialise and support their children. Over the years, we’ve supported refugee families, provided opportunities for adults with additional needs, and created employment and volunteering pathways for local people.
Upgrading our community areas will allow us to expand these opportunities, reduce waiting lists, welcome new groups and ensure that everyone—regardless of background, ability or circumstance—has access to a safe, active and connected community space.

You can play your part by supporting our crowdfund, sharing our story and helping us reach the families and groups who care about RHGC. Every donation — big or small — helps us create safer, more accessible spaces for children, parents and community users.
If you can’t donate, you can still make a huge difference by spreading the word on social media, telling friends and local groups, or encouraging businesses to get involved. The more people who hear about our project, the closer we get to making these improvements a reality.
Together, we can build a better, safer and more welcoming RHGC for everyone.
