Reuben's Retreat was born out of the loss of a beautiful boy, Reuben Michael Graham in 2012 who passed away at just 23 months old. The charity was set up in his name and to date has supported over 1300 individuals. They support families with complexly poorly children and families of child loss. They offer counselling, support groups, well-being activities, holistic therapies and respite breaks to families. They are currently renovating their forever home in stages to create a holiday home from home for families to visit together and make precious memories with their children. Every penny & pound donated will enable them to take a step closer to completing their retreat and providing a sanctuary for families who desperately need that special time together.

0A further objective of our charity is to finish our ambitious build project. When completed, this will be our forever home, a safe and happy place for families to access our support. Enabling them to create memories in the sanctuary of Reuben’s Retreat. We have recently completed phases 4 to 6, our activity wing. The fully accessible facility houses a hydrotherapy pool with changing suite, sensory room and play room with chill zone. It is a welcoming, engaging environment that propels our support services of complexly ill and disabled children and their families to a whole new level. The final phases will include 3 fully accessible apartments for families to come and create memories with however much time they have.
