RETURN POLICY: A widow gets one last evening with her dead husband. The location is paid for. £500 feeds the crew and finishes the film.
One last evening. One rule she cannot keep.
Anne buried Patrick two months ago.
Tonight at eight o'clock, he is sitting at their dining table.
He came back, but there are rules. One of them forbids the only thing she wants: to hold him one last time.
RETURN POLICY is a short horror film about grief, love and the need to have 'one last moment' with somebody. As Patrick struggles to understand what has happened to him, Anne must decide how long she can keep the truth from the person she loves most.
We shoot on 9th to 11th November 2026
The location in Gloucestershire is booked and paid for. The script is written. The camera and kit are ours. This campaign is not asking you to fund a dream. It's asking you to get a film that is ready to go, over the finish line.
Backing RETURN POLICY makes you part of the team that brings Patrick home for one more night. Every supporter is with us from the first day of the shoot to the final frame, and you will see exactly how your support shaped the film.
Where your £500 goes
Who we are:
We are Iron Triangle Films, independent filmmakers who make ambitious horror on small budgets. Our film HAVENFALL is award winning, and THE PEOPLE AT THE WINDOW is in its final stages now. We know how to make a film, and we finish what we start.
The film we want to make:
The cast.
RETURN POLICY lives or dies on two performances: Anne, a widow holding herself together for one last evening, and Patrick, a husband who does not yet understand why he is 'back'. [casting is currently underway] and we will share updates here as the roles are confirmed.
The risks and challenges:
RETURN POLICY is built to be achievable. It's one location, two characters and three days. Keeping the film contained means we can focus every hour and every penny on what matters most: the performances and the atmosphere.
Every independent shoot faces the unexpected, from a November storm to a stubborn piece of kit. We've planned for that with a realistic schedule, backup options and a team that has already made films together with us.
The part after the shoot is where small films often stall, which is exactly why this campaign pays for finishing the film properly. The edit and grade are budgeted from the start, not left to hope.
Whatever happens, you'll know about it. If anything changes, backers hear it first, straight from us.
If you back RETURN POLICY: thank you.
This film is about one more evening with someone you love. Your support gives us something similar: the chance to sit at the table and tell this story properly.
We know there are countless campaigns asking for your money, and choosing to put some of it into a short horror film made by independent filmmakers means a great deal to us. We won't waste it.
From the first night of the shoot to the final sound mix, you'll be part of the journey. We'll share honest updates, moments from set and glimpses of the film taking shape, so when you finally watch RETURN POLICY, you'll know you helped bring it home.
Pull up a chair. Patrick is waiting.
The poster shows the rules. The consequences stay off this page. They belong in the film.
We have some great perks available for everyone who supports us, from digital extras to seeing your name on screen. Most are delivered digitally, so there is no postage and no waiting.
Want to be there? Join the crew.
For a very small number of backers, we are offering the chance to spend all three shoot days, 9 to 11 November, on set with us in Gloucestershire. You will work alongside the team, see how the film is built shot by shot, eat with the cast and crew, and earn a crew and executive producer credit on the finished film.
Why now.
The cameras roll on 9th November. The location is paid for and the dates are fixed. The only thing standing between this story and the screen is £500. Every pledge, whatever the size, gets us closer.
Help us bring Patrick home for one more night.
Back RETURN POLICY today, then share this page with one friend who loves horror. That single share matters as much as the pledge.
