Increasing Social Mobility by Inspiring Everyone Everywhere

Resilient Pilot has partnered with British Airways to train BA Pilots as qualified Mentors, Coaches and Competency Based Instructors CBTi's who will deliver immersive virtual and in person workshops to college students in The Greater Manchester Combined Authority GMCA.

The vision is to move away from the South East of The UK to a wider geographical reach firstly increasing opportunities for all talented young people between ages 16-18 while at college in Greater Manchester and then Birmingham. There will be a huge drive to reach a mass audience virtually, inspire students, encourage them to join the programme that will facilitate the development of the full spectrum of behaviours required for a British Airways Pilot.
