Our aim is to protect East Malling’s Ivy Farm orchards and stop more housing estates being granted permission in our heritage village.
This Crowdfunder Page was set up by us to raise funds to pay for an Expert Heritage Witness to give evidence at the Appeal. We have been very lucky to have received a sizable donation, which has been paid directly to the Heritage Witness' Company (for VAT reasons) and which means we have reached our £15,000 target. This is such fantastic news. However, as the Heritage sessions at the Appeal over-ran, we need to pay for an extra day. So any donations that come in over the course of the next week will help us to pay the extra needed. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. It means so much to us.
This project raises funds for a legal dispute. Neither Crowdfunder nor the project owner can guarantee its outcome, that it will be resolved, or that the amount raised will be enough to see it through. Even a favourable result may be appealed or overturned.
