Aim
Bowls Branding & Admin across GB is confusing & costly. This is to fund a report to look at simplification via a new Bowls GB "TOPCO"
For nearly 10 years 'Bowls is Bowls' has been promoting all formats of Bowls equally short mat, ten pin, french, indoor, outdoor, carpet etc and has found considerable confusion with potentially thousands of "Bowls Bodies" administering bowls. www.bowlsisbowls.com
Potential bowlers get confused and we have found different standards and ways of doing things across these bowls bodies which at times feels like the "wild west".
We want to raise money to fund a report to assess the "Business Case" for the UK Government to create and fund a NEW "BLANK SHEET OF PAPER" Great Britain wide Bowls Body "Bowls GB" taking our inspiration from the world of business.
Bowls GB would to take the lead in making "Bowls Fit ® for the Future" with at its heart the aim to allow the Grass Roots Bowlers of ALL formats to take back control of the Great Game of Bowls to make Bowls Great again www.bowlsgb.com
