Replacing my stolen possessions

Aim
Sadly an old housemate put all my belongings out on the street and it was mistaken for “free” items.
I have recently become homeless and am sofa surfing. My only possessions in the world were supposedly safe at my old address until an old housemate put them out on the street, resulting in most of if being taken.
I had a few tablets, including an iPad stolen, an Alexa, my passport amongst many other things such as clothes, shoes, books, hoodies etc.
I am not in a financial position to replace any of this currently :(
