The Prize

Cardiff Rugby shirt signed by the 2024/25 players. 

The Cause

We are the Briton Ferry Renettes based in South Wales. We are a small club with limited resources, but we continue to offer an inclusive environment for women to take part in touch rugby regardless of any past experience. We have been working hard since we started (a little over a year ago) to become more visible in the community to encourage more women into the sport.

Why Are We Crowdfunding 

During our start up year, we were fortunate enough to enlist a number of sponsors and utilise grants to purchase our initial playing kit and a small amount of basic equipment. We have since grown exponentially and require an update to our current equipment to help train our team to play our sport safely.

Crowdfunding is an amazing way for us to obtain financial support whilst also being able to offer a unique prize. We are incredibly grateful for all the support that we receive and hope that through this we can continue to grow the team for the benefit of those in our community.
