Innovate or accept our fate, we can recover from this, but we need to remove ball pits and add a new sensory area and cleanable equipment!
Please Help, Coronavirus closed our Play Centre!
Our DJ’s play centres are run by a local family and have such a great team but we have been really hit by the struggle of being closed and still closed due to COVID 19.
Our team have been working hard to make the play centres COVID ready for when we can open, but we have some changes that we need to make and we need your help!
DJ’s Play needs to innovate to change ball pits to sensory equipment that can be easily cleaned and stimulating for all children and will enhance our SEN (Special Educational Needs) sessions too.
We have been following govt guidelines and as soon as we are allowed to reopen, we shall adapt by reducing capacity and adhering to social distancing. Sanitising is important and we have great staff to implement the guidance. We would like to improve and reopen with some reinvestment in a new area that encourages calm, interactive play for all. Children’s’ mental health may have been impacted since lockdown and we want to provide a safe and quieter (reduced capacity) place to play.
