Aim
Fundraising for the family of the Revd Professor Hector Patmore.
Hector was tragically taken from us in a hill-walking accident, leaving behind his beloved wife and boys, who are mourning the loss of their adored friend, husband and father.
Hector was a renowned scholar and thinker: he was a priest, professor, researcher, and author of international repute. His loss to the academic world is immense.
He was admired for his warmth and compassion, his humility and integrity. He touched many lives with his accepting openness towards others. His wit and humour made him excellent company.
He loved walking in the hills and camping and canoeing with his boys. He was the sole breadwinner of the family. His bereaved wife and children now face financial insecurity whilst mourning their immeasurable loss.
