Peaks for Potential: Climbing for Care Leavers Help us reach £250 to change lives!
I’m part of a team taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge 25 April 2025, to try and raise £7,000 for young UK Care Leavers - each of our team have a £250 personal target and need your help!
All funds raised will support the ‘Future Me’ Project: providing education grants, crisis support, career development, and life skills training to help UK Care Leavers build brighter futures (more than often, they face life without any safety net)
