Welcome to ReeLash eyelashes, this is my story!

ReeLash (Cruelty free & vegan friendly strip eyelashes) By Cherice Lawrence - Creator & Founder of ReeLash Ltd. Based in West London, England, United Kingdom. 

ReeLash Ltd was established in October 2018

What are Faux Mink Lashes?

• Faux mink lashes are an alternative to real mink lashes
• Made from a mixture of poly-synthetic and silk fibres to create beautiful strands 
• Available in a variety of lengths, diameters and curls, with amazing flexibility while still looking natural.

Who we work with? 

Miranda Lashes are known as one of the leading false eyelashes & product pioneers in eyelash extensions. They have produced over 1000 styles of strip lashes and eyelash extensions in all sizes/ styles to businesses globally.

I have a great ongoing working relationship with my brand representative, at Miranda Lashes, to ensure that quality is not compromised and is as described - Only premium quality lashes are used during the lash production that are free from animal cruelty and are vegan friendly.

ReeLash products are handmade and do not require any chemicals that may be unsafe or harmful to enhance its appearance, it really is that simple, 'Lash & Go'…

While working with a preferred supplier overseas, additional measures in the UK have been taken to gain true authentication. ReeLash eyelashes have reached out  to PETA, UK (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) who will carry out robust testing to verify our products vegan status in line with their ‘Global animal test–free and vegan’ programme. 

Materials submitted by us are made available to PETA for viewing, rating, reviewing and open to the public for commenting. Once PETA begin their testing, ReeLash eyelashes will be notified throughout the entire process through to completion and final approval status.

2020- 2021 ReeLash is focused on achieving the following objectives;

•Brand Consistency

•Product Development

•Product Authentication (Vegan Beauty Categorised)   

•Product Range Expansion & New Business Opportunities

•Provide the best product and customer experience while disrupting the eyelash market in competitor retail spaces.

•Reducing costs and increase and maintain  business stakeholder relationships. I am constantly growing my network of professionals to achieve this. 

In addition the above, I am already working on the next phase of my business development and will be affiliated with ethically sourced beauty product platforms such as ‘Ethical Elephant’, ‘Popsugar’ and ‘Livekindly’ to allow and expand engagement with true ethical beauty community shoppers.  

How my Journey Begun... 

For years I used to dwell on the 'Can I, what ifs and maybes' which led me to question my ability to become a successful businesswoman. 

When shopping around over the years for quality affordable lashes, it was always pretty impossible to locate the perfect pair of lashes without paying the hefty price tag or purchase directly from the UK. It felt like I was always on a mission to find that perfect quality, affordable lash that satisfied all my needs. This frustration contributed to the beginning of my own eyelash project, ReeLash Ltd.  

I've always had a business strategy. One problem... I doubted my ability and subsequently shied away from implementation. Two years ago, I connected with a childhood friend a self-made successful female business owner. 

We had an in-dept conversation that inspired me to revisit my initial strategy, pursue my dream and exit my comfort zone.

In no time I had realistic goals, SMART objectives and a revised business strategy for the ReeLash brand. This was the start of my dream becoming my reality.

While the ReeLash brand is still on a journey to perfection, I am having fun and excited to embrace the challenges ahead with more determination now, than ever before.  

My journey to date has been incredible and my exposure to other like-minded entrepreneurs at various events has been rewarding. 

Most recently in 2019, I was mentored over a period of 6 months by award winning self-made entrepreneur and BBC Apprentice finalist, Bianca Miller-Cole. 

This experience has been invaluable & encouraged me to learn from my mistakes, continue to build a strong professional network and challenge boundaries in order to achieve.

To date, ReeLash has built a good social media following on famous platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Engaging with customers, bloggers, makeup artist, songwriters, photographers and more. These platforms allow us to connect our business products and content with an array of customer types. We want to ensure every customer is at ease when buying quality lashes and causing a scene when it's time to glow up!
