I want to keep Neil as SNP MP for Airdrie & Shotts to continue fighting for the people of Airdrie & Shotts
by Lesley Jarvie in Longriggend, Scotland, United Kingdom
Neil was elected in 2015 as the SNP's first MP in Airdrie & Shotts. He quickly made a name for himself in Westminster for his strong and knowledgable debating style and rose to the SNP Front Bench in a matter of months.
His hard work in Airdrie & Shotts saw him retain his seat in the 2017 election in the face of Labour’s challenge and he has continued to serve the people of Airdrie & Shotts tirelessly.
He has fought for, and secured, the review of the Monklands Hospital replacement consultation and is the only candidate who can be trusted to stop Monklands going to Gartcosh.
Neil is also fighting HMRC on behalf of former Roadchef employees from Harthill to get them the pay outs that they have been promised over recent years. His work on this fight for workers across the UK has seen millions of pounds paid out by HMRC to the Trust, his campaign continues.
There are many more examples of the work that Neil has done in the community from helping to stop the cuts to the school buses to helping to save Chapelhall Senior Citizens' Centre.
Please give what you can to help keep one of the hardest working MPs that this area has ever seen fighting in Westminster for the people of Airdrie & Shotts.
Only the election of SNP MPs will bring Scotland the right to choose. Only SNP votes will deprive Boris Johnson of the chance to seize power and only a vote for the SNP will send a message to the broken Westminster system about its Brexit mess.
