Enable us to reach even more veterans in need and support them back to independence ...
Aim: For every 1 veteran we can currently help, there are at least 3 more in need of immediate assistance. With your help, we could reach them.
Help us reach as many veterans in need as possible. Recent events have resulted in referrals for our emergency support increasing over anything we have known before. For every 1 veteran we can currently help, there are at least 3 more in need of immediate assistance. With your support, we could reach them.
Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) supports the most vulnerable veterans of the UK Armed Forces, providing housing, employment and care. We help veterans with mental health issues, injuries and disabilities to learn to manage health conditions, rebuild belief and regain independence.
How do we help?
We know that at least 70% of all new veterans on our extensive waiting list for support and emergency accommodation are living with mental health challenges. Mental health issues such as PTSD can have a dramatic impact on someone's day-to-day life, including having a greater impact on their ability to work than any other group of disorders.
This is a critical time, but with your support, we can change lives.
Thousands of veterans are struggling with the aftermath of the pandemic, combined with recent news of Afghanistan, the conflict in Ukraine and the 40th anniversary of the Falklands War. Without your help, these veterans are unable to access the assistance they so urgently need.
Every penny donated by you, directly supports veterans. Your support provides them with homes, welfare and employability support to help every one of them get back on their feet and begin a positive future with their families.
Now, more than ever, we need your support to ensure help is available to all those who desperately need it.
