We want to renovate a warehouse into a large dry hire wedding venue for people in the south London/ Kent area and a far

Rose Daniel Events is a 5-year-old events management company run by us, Tobi and Hannah Obalade. We are a young couple who have been married for 3 years and run our events management business across the UK. 

In our time in the industry and based on extensive research, we have identified a gap in the market for elegant, beautiful and fit for purpose Events and Wedding venues in the South area of London / Kent. For all your event needs: conferences, birthday parties, concerts, weddings etc.

When we got married in 2016 it was incredibly difficult to find a dry hire wedding venue that seated more than 250 guests in the south part of London. Eventually we had to use a venue in east London. We want to change the game, so people, not just our clients, have more options outside of north and east London for their celebrations and events. 

We have started a new venue hire business- Rose Banqueting Suites, which we envision will be a beautiful venue seating up to 400 guests, where clients can be comfortable and have exactly what they want in terms of decor, catering and beverages. We have found a venue in Kent, secured a lease and now we need your help renovating to make this all come together! 

What do we need:

The total project will cost £140,000. Any donation big or small will help us achieve this and put the money to work in the following ways:

AC and ventilation: £80,000 to keep guests cool during events 

Exterior design: £20,000 towards an elegant French inspired façade 

Kitchen: £40,000 towards a fully equipped kitchen for external caterer’s use

What does your donation mean to us?

Your donation means that we will be able to complete renovation by mid-September and have the venue open for public use. It will mean that potential local clients will have more venue options and will no longer need to travel to East and North London to host special occasions. It will also mean you have helped establish one of the first Luxury Wedding venues in Kent!
