Rainbow After The Storm where mental healthmatters

Aim

The aim of our project is to offer help around mental health and wellbeing especially tailored to the cost of living crisis.

We are Rainbow after the storm, where mental health matters and for the past three years we have been supporting our community both online and more recently in person to help as many people as we can with their mental health.

We take a realistic approach to mental health and teach easy to remember strategies and techniques that can be used if Anxiety strikes! We have created a number of fabulous workbooks that are interactive, informative and simple to follow. These are used in classes and are also available on their own.

We have amened some of our worksheets and courses to work with the current cost of living crisis to help people feel a little more in control, find ways to relax and to deal with their own situations in a way that doesn't cost them their peace of mind.

The money raised will go towards these specific courses and be taught in the community in warm hubs and also online to ensure everyone who may not feel able to get out can still benefit from these classes.

We believe that these services work hand in hand with the incredible work that is ongoing to help our communities and we would like to help with the stresses and anxiety that often goes hand in hand with money worries.
