Aim
As part of team Evolve Fitness, I am taking part in 'Race the Tide' at Muncaster Castle to raise funds for a new multi sports court.
On Saturday 13th August, team Evolve Fitness will be taking part in 'Race the Tide' at Muncaster Castle. It is a 10k course with some pretty impressive obstacles in the way!
As an ex pupil of Cartmel Priory School and Mum of two primary school children, I jumped at the chance to help them raise funds for a much needed new multi sports court. This will not only benefit present and future pupils, but the wider community. Wish us luck...we might need it ????
