Quilt Raffle for Ukraine

Aim
We are running this prize draw to raise money for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal that helps people fleeing the conflict in Ukraine
The Prize
A beautiful double bed size quilt created by the members of our quilt guild using the colours of the Ukrainian Flag. The quilt is made with 100% cotton fabrics and is intricately quilted with a sunflower design. All materials used have been donated by members of the Oxfordshire Modern Quilt Guild.
The Cause
We wanted to do something constructive to help those caught up in the conflict. Members of the group each created individual quilt blocks which were sewn together & quilted to make this unique quilt.
The Disasters Emergency Committee brings together 15 leading UK aid charities, raising funds to quickly and effectively respond to overseas disasters. Families fleeing the conflict have left their homes with only the items they could carry. The funds we raise will help to provide food, water, shelter, healthcare and protection.
