Thank you so much for taking this to the court. I have been through the whole process of MR to tribunal and I agree that the MR is a cynical attack on the most vulnerable to cut chances of making a court appeal. I won my Tribunal as the PIP assessment was a sick joke that drew derogatory conclusions and thus cut my entitlements. All power to those helping the sick and disabled during these cut throat Tory policy times. All power to you!
