Exhibition Fundraising for The Gaze, Reconfigured

Aim
To raise funds to help me cover exhibition running costs, including venue hire, staffing, an event programme, photography and marketing.
I am currently in the process of launching a creative collective, the working title being - KETTLEPOT.
KETTLEPOT is a new art collective founded by event & exhibition manager and aspiring contemporary art curator, Isabella French. Our mission is to provide a platform for LGBTQIA+ artists, with a particular focus on queer women, trans and non-binary individuals, who work in any creative discipline, to showcase artwork that transcends commonly held, limiting beliefs around themes of identity, the gaze and gender. The working title of our first exhibition is The Gaze, Reconfigured, where these themes will be explored.
Having worked for two years in the venue hire department at a London gallery, I understand just how expensive it can be to put on an exhibition. From venue costs to installation, marketing, and all the logistics in between, the financial barriers can make it difficult for exciting ideas to become reality. I'd really appreciate your help, to allow me to work with the incredible creatives in my network - not only by bringing The Gaze, Reconfigured to life, but through building a platform for bold, transgressive artwork and artists.
