A marathon for the people of Ukraine

Aim

I am running a marathon to support the BEARR Trust's Ukraine Community Resilience Fund!

For 4 and a half years, the Russian state has waged an appalling war of aggression on the people of Ukraine, devastating countless lives and communities in the country's east and beyond. The BEARR Trust's Ukraine Community Resilience Fund is a great initiative that works with local NGOs in Ukraine helping those worst affected by the war, including children and people with disabilities. By supporting grassroots community efforts in Ukraine, we help those local organisers allocate funds and address issues far more efficiently than major international organisations, especially as the support of major donors such as USAID wavers. 

I'll soon be running the Finlandia marathon in Jyväskylä, Finland, to raise money for this great cause. Any help would be appreciated! More information about the fund can be found here: https://bearr.org/ukraine-community-resilience-fund/
