When I decided to create an audiobook, I knew I didn't want to compromise.

I wanted readers and listeners to experience Jake and Elaina exactly as I'd imagined them.

That's why this isn't AI narration or computer-generated voices.

This is a professionally produced, duet-narrated audiobook performed by talented voice actors who are bringing these characters to life with the emotion, chemistry and intensity they deserve.

And it's already happening.

🎙️ Jacob's narration is now underway.

The final production payment is due in September, and this project will help cover those remaining costs, allowing Awakening Elaina to reach a whole new audience of listeners.

As an independent author, projects like this are entirely self-funded.

Every contribution—large or small—helps move the audiobook one step closer to release.

More than that, it allows readers who prefer listening, who struggle to read physical books, or who simply love immersive audio to experience Jake and Elaina's story in a whole new way.

Awakening Elaina was never supposed to see the light of day. In fact, I didn't even know self-publishing existed. This story was never written with publication in mind—it was simply a way of putting some of my demons onto the page.

Yet somehow, it became the beginning of everything.

Writing this book changed me in ways I never expected. It gave me confidence, purpose, and a belief in myself that I'd never truly had before. It opened doors I never imagined possible and introduced me to readers who have become friends, supporters, and part of this incredible journey.

What began as one story has grown into an entire world filled with characters, heartbreak, healing, and a family that so many of us now know and love.

Seeing that world take another step—from the page to professionally performed audio—is something I never imagined I'd have the opportunity to experience.
