Aim
I am scaling Dan’s Deli across London & the UK with small-batch chilli sauces and condiments
A lot of my valued customers have been asking about Dan’s Deli and honestly, this year I want to take things properly to the next level.
What started as small-batch chilli sauces has now grown into a full range Red and Green sauces, our unique crazy salt, hot honey, and loads more ideas in the pipeline.
Everything is made in small batches with a focus on proper flavour, balanced heat, and zero waste. Even the chilli pulp gets dried and fermented into the seasoning blends and hot honey.
