To build a high speed train line from St Dennis to Padstow via St Columb Road, St Columb Major, Cornwall Airport and Little Petherick
Cornwall Airport needs a rail link to survive. This ‘island’ airport suffers from probably the worst most inefficient infrastructure links of any airport in the uk.
The new line would follow original plans from 1882 and finally give St Columb Major the rail link it has been waiting 150 years for. Transforming the county and giving Cornwall its biggest engineering success since Brunel crossed the Tamar.
