Community Pantomime 2026 – Acting Up Arts CIC

 A joyful, inclusive panto created by and for our community with support from The Haregate Community Centre and St Paul's Church. 

We’re bringing people together to create a fun, welcoming, slightly chaotic (in the best way!) community pantomime—and we need your help to make it happen   

🦙 What’s it all about?

At Acting Up Arts CIC, we run regular drama sessions for children and adults, building confidence, creativity and connection through the arts.

After the success of last year's community panto, we are running one again this year!

No experience needed—just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to give it a go! 

🦙 Why this matters

This project isn’t just about putting on a show.

It’s about so much more. Things like building confidence in a safe, supportive space,  giving people access to the arts, regardless of background, bringing our community together and supporting wellbeing through creativity

For many participants, this will be their first time on stage—and that’s a big deal.

🦙 The challenge. 

We thought we had funding lined up for this project… but unfortunately, it’s fallen through.

We’re absolutely determined to keep going—but we can’t do it alone.
