Plymouth, United Kingdom
Aim
We want to print at least 400 copies of our new book: Plymouth and Climate Change and need to raise the funds to do it.
What does climate change actually mean for life in Plymouth?
Plymouth and Climate Change is a new book by Climate Action Plymouth which gives an accessible overview of the climate crisis, the challenges society faces, the likely effect on life for us here in Plymouth, what is currently being done, and the actions you can take.
It is designed to help local people improve climate resilience in key areas such as:
- Food security
- Water
- Health
- Homes and energy use
- Trees and greenspace
- Green jobs
- Local transport
- Leisure
- Waste
- Finance
We need your help to bring this accessible publication to life!
Please pre-order your copy and please add your name so we know who the book is going to. If you donate more than the pre-order price of £5, please let us know if you want extra copies or if you are making a general donation so that we can provide free copies to those who cannot purchase them. We shall continue to publish further copies for as long as we have the funds from sales and donations.
In hope of a better future and with thanks for all you do,
Climate Action Plymouth
