Aim
Support your Wales U19s squad as they represent Cymru in France and create a memorable international experience.
Who are we?
We are the Wales Rugby League Under-19 squad, representing the next generation of Welsh international players.
The squad is made up of talented and dedicated young athletes from across Wales and the UK, many of whom have progressed through community clubs and development pathways to earn the opportunity to represent their country.
This group has already demonstrated its quality — finishing runners-up in the 2025 Under-18 Four Nations tournament — and the majority of the squad will return to compete together again on the international stage in 2026.
Why are we crowdfunding?
In July 2026, we will travel to Font-Romeu in the Catalonian Pyrenees, France, to compete in the European Rugby League U19 Championship, facing Norway, Greece and Ireland in the European Shield competition.
While representing Wales is a huge honour, there are significant costs involved, and with no external support the squad must fund their own journey, with each player already being asked to contribute approximately £1,200 to cover essential expenses such as travel, accommodation and participation.
We have already secured some valued support from sponsors, which has helped us make a strong start towards funding the tour. However, this alone is not enough to deliver the level of experience the players deserve.
This Crowdfunder has been set up to go beyond those basics — helping us provide a professional, high-quality experience that reflects the commitment and effort these players put into representing their country.

How we’ll spend the money raised
Funds raised will be used to enhance both performance and experience during the tournament, including:
- High-quality training and preparation resources
- Improved playing kit and teamwear
- Recovery and performance support
- Team activities and experiences during the tour
Our aim is to ensure the squad is supported to perform at its best, while also creating a memorable and rewarding international experience.

Many of these players will go on to represent senior teams, contribute to their local clubs, and inspire the next generation coming through the sport.
