we're raising money so every child gets a gift this Christmas. Cash for Kids appeal 🎁 4 Santas. One half marathon. Christmas Eve 6:30am
Who are we? 🤷♂️
SHIFT RUNNERS, Isaac, Brad, Brad and Jack– 4 mates all from SHIFT RUNNERS who love a challenge and believe every child deserves to wake up to a present on Christmas morning. This Christmas Eve, we're swapping our trainers for Santa suits and taking on a half marathon starting at 6:30am from Isobella's Cafe in Wickersley. We might be mad, but we're running for something that truly matters! Opening a present on Christmas day morning is something we all take for granted !
Why are we crowdfunding? 🎁
We're raising money for Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Appeal – a cause that ensures no child in our local community is left out at Christmas. Every penny we raise goes directly towards buying presents for children who might otherwise go without. Christmas should be magical for every child, and with your support, we can make that happen for families who need it most this year.
How we'll spend the money raised 🌲🧑🎄
Every single pound raised will go directly to Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Appeal. The charity uses donations to:
- Purchase age-appropriate Christmas gifts for local children in need
- Support families facing financial hardship during the festive period
- Ensure no child wakes up empty-handed on Christmas morning
100% of your donation goes towards making Christmas special for kids in our community. No child left behind!

The route is four laps of just over 5km each starting at Isobellas cafe then making our way through Woodlaithes village, up church lane, straight past Wickersley school, back down Northfield lane then a right turn down Fleming way with the last section our return in to woodlaithes village .
Can't make it for 6:30am? Join us mid-way through:
Each lap will begin at Isobellas cafe s66 3xJ
- Half Marathon 6:30am start
- Lap 2 = 15km remaining 7:00am start
- Lap 3 = 10km remaining 7:30am start
- Lap 4 = Final 5km 8:00am Start
The only rule? Bring your Santa hat or wear something festive. The more Santas the merrier !
