Beyond Mama Sunset Walk: Help Us Buy Yoga Mats

Support our Sunset Walk to buy yoga mats for Beyond Mama and help local mums access wellbeing and connection.

On Sunday 6th September, our volunteers and community will be walking to Werneth Low at sunset to raise money for something simple but incredibly meaningful.

We're raising funds to buy yoga mats for our Emerging Beyond Mama programme.

As we move into a new venue, we'll no longer have access to mats, but they are an important part of our sessions. They allow mums to fully relax during guided meditation, mindfulness and gentle nervous system practices.

We want every mum who joins us to walk into a warm, welcoming space where she feels able to pause, breathe and reconnect with herself.

Every donation, whatever the size, will help us create that space.
