 Thank you so much for your support and becoming part of the Crowd!

As you know we successfully overfunded on Jun 1, raising £3,740, the first target was £2,500, the second £5000. We will talk about the second part of the work next week.

We are very excited to make a start on the work. Before we do we will be sending 'the Crowd' details of the rewards and having a catch up week after an interesting and valuable 8 weeks preparing for and undertaking the Crowd Funding.

We believe in the success of 2009, back then we did a study about how and why that worked. It will be interesting after all the number crunching is done to reflect back on the Crowd Funding work and see how it compares. It is of course a very different format, that many do not understand, half the work has been describing it. It is however very interesting how new relationships are formed, old ones firmly secured and I’m quietly chuffed to bits as we have a few people on board who might not necessarily be so interested in environmental issues, but have thrown us a line.

Rewards will be made up and personally signed then available over the next few days, I will be in the Cathedral tomorrow Tuesday and  Friday 1-1.30pm, by the stand which is in the North Transept (by the Café entrance). Please do pop by to collect your reward envelope from me and it would be lovely to see you. Friday is flexible, let me know if that helps. 

 Extra Pledging: A very kind Truro Estate Agent has made us a further funding offer; for every house sale referral that completes, they will donate £100 on completion of the sale. 

So if you know of anyone about to buy or sell do get in touch so the project can benefit – thank you!

Just to clarify it’s referrals for sellers that quote “Climate Vision” when they book their valuation. 

There is no limit to how many referrals can be made so please spread the word! 13 houses and we could achieve full target.
